The TSK production system is geared to give customers all our expertise when it's needed and without hesitation. Proposal presentation, securing the order, and the subsequent planning, design, manufacture, construction, commissioning and maintenance are all stages of a continuous process. Our expertise in a wide variety of fields, together with our research organization assure customers the most up-to-date engineering and technology. Our factories also enable us to manufacture and supply tailor-made equipment and parts.
1) Chemical Plants
TSK chemical plants cover a wide spectrum of applications ranging from production of commodity chemicals and speciality chemicals to refining. Our crystallization technology, for example, is world-leading, a fact well demonstrated by our counter current cooling crystallization process, tailor equipment and parts.
2) Environmental Protection
The name TSK is synonymous with environmental protection. We have the largest market share in Japan in sludge processing. Our unique, high cost-effective systems such as sludge incinerators and spray type waste liquid incinerators are highly acclaimed throughout the world.
3) Plastic Molding Systems
TSK is working with U.S. and European firms in several new ventures - for example, new raw material manufacturing techniques such as mixing and prepreg sheet (SMC), and special reaction molding and press molding of the latest structurally reinformed thermoplastic composites (GMT). Through these activities, we are able to provide the most up-to-date Factory Automated molding systems.
4) Factory Automated Systems
TSK Supplies a complete range of automated systems for carrying out precision measurements of powders and fluids. These systems cover every process from the raw materials stage right up to factory shipment of finished products which cannot be handled by process automation, and enjoy a high reputation in the pharmaceutical, food and plastic manufacturing industries.
5) High Technology
TSK also has development potential in hi-tech fields such as high efficiency sludge digestion bioreactors, and hollow gas separation film manufacturing devices using plasma plymerization. |
